It has come to our attention that someone has been contacting Worldprofit Members by phone / email / Facebook claiming to be from Worldprofit, or to be a current or former Worldprofit Member. The person may identify themself with a name you know, or are familiar with to try and gain your confidence and trust.
The person may offer to make you rich, or may offer to help you with your account, or perhaps offer to assist you with your advertising, or make some other grand claim. They may ask for login access to your account, or offer to install software on your computer to make it easier to access your account.
These people are SCAMMERS and are NOT interested in helping you. They are not who they say they are! They only want to gain access and login to your account for the purpose of theft and or fraud. These scammers can be very convincing, be extremely wary.
- Do NOT give your Worldprofit Member login details out to anyone.
- Do NOT give anyone access to your PayPal account
- Do NOT allow anyone to install a program on your computer, or to use a screen sharing / remote access software such as Team Viewer.
- Do NOT EVER give anyone you don't know well or trust, access to your computer.
- BE skeptical of an offer from an unknown source who makes you an incredible deal just because you are a Worldprofit Member.
- Do not purchase services from such a person for any reason.
- Worldprofit and our staff, have no reason to contact you to access your account, we already have your login and customer details.?
- Worldprofit does not need to, nor do we ever need to install any software on your computer.
